Refund Policy

At Mockingbird Heirloom Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using vintage materials and created in limited, one-of-a-kind quantities. For this reason, all sales are final.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund due to damage, the following is required:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging materials and shipping box

  • Proof of delivery

Once the required documentation is received and reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement if available.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor imperfections, chips, cracks, or variations consistent with vintage materials

  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or assembly after delivery

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
